These are my texture images, some of the are taken of texture within something natural for example a leaf or a mushroom and some are taken of texture within something man-made, for example rope or cotton. I like these images because you focus on the detail of texture and the texture is very prominent.
This image shows texture very well because from the photo we can see that this is animal fur and from this we can image what the texture would be. The photographer has also used a macro lens which has meant we can see the single strands of fur and again helps us to imagine the texture. The composition is not very important into helping us to imagine the texture however I do think the photographer has composed this in a way that works for the image.
This image shows texture very well because of the shadows in between the grooves of the mushroom, this works very well and I think this is a good example of a texture image. This also shows texture because of the grass along the right hand side, we can also image the texture of this which makes the image slightly different to some of the other photographs in this image bank.
